A confirmation will be sent on receiving your cheque or postal order. Please allow 7 days for your cheque to clear. We will notify you as soon as item has been despatched. Please note, you cannot modify your order after payment has cleared.
 
 
How to add an item to your shopping basket:
Once you 'add to basket' the item will be added to your shopping basket. You can then view your shopping basket, remove any items and have an option to continue shopping or to proceed to checkout. If you chose to continue shopping, the options to 'view your shopping basket' or 'proceed straight to checkout' will be available at the top of each page.


Delivery

1st Class Royal Mail or alternative courier: £3.95

2nd class Royal mail or alternative courier: £2.95

We aim to dispatch all goods within 5-7 days of purchase. When the goods are despatched, we will immediately send you a confirmation by email.

We send all our goods by Royal Mail. Goods are insured up to the point of signature (in case of recorded delivery) at the designated address, and you should ensure that delivery is to the correct recipient.


Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not, for any reason, we will refund your payment, as part of our 7 day no quibble money back guarantee. Note, we are unable to refund postage and half of the gift service.

Return the item un-used in its original condition by Royal Mail and remember to take out extra postal insurance to cover the value of the package in transit if it cost more than £50. This cost should be met by yourself.


Damaged Goods:
In the unlikely event of goods being damaged in transit, this should be immediately reported to Royal Mail Customer Services on 0845 7740 740 and to ourselves by email: Contact us by Email. Please keep all packaging materials for examination by the Royal Mail and remember to include your order number in any correspondence. These items will ordinarily be replaced free of charge.


International Postage

International orders will take 7-10 days for delivery. All goods will be sent by International Royal Mail.
